Welcome to Integrated Kids, an integrative, holistic psychology practice dedicated to helping children and young adults thrive.

At Integrated Kids, children, youth and their caregivers are empowered with the skills and support to overcome a range of challenges and optimise their lives.  We can assist with a variety of emotional, learning and behavioural issues commonly experienced by children and adolescents.

We have a particular passion for working with young people whose neurological differences fall within the realm of “Neurodiversity” including ADHD, Autism and those who identify as HSP (Highly Sensitive People).

What is Holistic, Integrative Psychology?

dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part

to combine two or more things in order to become more effective

Put together, this means we carefully consider the multiple elements that make up the young person in order for them to thrive. We take a strengths-based approach, using evidence-based psychological techniques alongside taking a deep dive into biological, lifestyle and environmental factors which are often-neglected, yet critical inputs into our mental health.

We work together with the family to develop an integrated treatment plan which includes optimising environmental factors at home and school and providing parents and teachers with the knowledge and skills to best understand and meet the needs of the child.

We put a lot of focus on parent support, education, and organisational planning which can make navigating these challenges far more manageable.

I’m passionate about supporting and empowering families as they navigate the joys and challenges of neurodiversity - helping parents manage the overwhelm and enabling kids to enjoy their childhood and be the best versions of themselves possible.

Food for thought...

The more healthy relationships a child has, the more likely he will be to recover from trauma and thrive. Relationships are the agents of change and the most powerful therapy is human love.

Helping kids be the best version of themselves

We combine evidence-based psychological practices while taking insight from biological, lifestyle and environmental factors to develop integrated treatment plans in close consultation with parents and caregivers.
